Welcome to Front Range Card Show. By purchasing a ticket, vendor table, product, or service through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. General
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Front Range Card Show website and your purchase of tickets, vendor tables, and other event-related products or services.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
2. Tickets
All Front Range Card Show ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and admission type specified at the time of purchase. Front Range Card Show reserves the right to deny admission to any individual who violates event rules or applicable laws.
Tickets may not be reproduced, resold, or used for fraudulent purposes.
3. Vendor Tables
All vendor table purchases are final and non-refundable.
Purchasing a vendor table does not guarantee sales, revenue, attendance, or any particular level of event traffic.
Vendors are responsible for displaying, selling, and securing their own merchandise and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and event rules.
Vendor tables may not be transferred, assigned, or resold without prior written approval from Front Range Card Show.
Front Range Card Show reserves the right to refuse or remove merchandise, displays, or vendors that are inappropriate, illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose or standards of the event.
4. Event Rules and Conduct
All attendees, vendors, guests, and participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner.
Front Range Card Show reserves the right to remove any person from the event, without refund, for disruptive behavior, harassment, threats, violence, theft, fraud, violation of event rules, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by event organizers.
5. Event Changes
Front Range Card Show reserves the right to modify the event schedule, hours, layout, vendors, activities, speakers, or other event details when necessary.
In the event that circumstances beyond our control require changes to the event, Front Range Card Show will make reasonable efforts to communicate important updates to attendees and vendors.
6. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event must be postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Front Range Card Show, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, Front Range Card Show will determine the appropriate course of action and communicate any available options to ticket holders and vendors.
Unless otherwise specifically announced by Front Range Card Show, all purchases remain subject to the Refund & Return Policy, and sales are final.
7. Payments and Orders
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
By submitting an order, you authorize the payment method provided to be charged for the full purchase amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.
Front Range Card Show reserves the right to correct pricing, listing, or typographical errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
8. Merchandise and Transactions
Front Range Card Show may host independent vendors who sell their own merchandise and services.
Transactions between attendees and individual vendors are the responsibility of the parties involved. Front Range Card Show is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, condition, legality, or performance of merchandise purchased directly from an independent vendor unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any disputes regarding a transaction between an attendee and a vendor should be addressed directly with the vendor.
9. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the Front Range Card Show is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that events involving crowds, merchandise displays, tables, and general event activity may involve inherent risks.
You agree to act responsibly and follow all posted safety instructions and directions from event staff, venue personnel, and organizers.
10. Personal Property
Attendees and vendors are responsible for their own personal property and merchandise.
Front Range Card Show is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended property.
Vendors are responsible for securing their merchandise, displays, cash, equipment, and other belongings.
11. Photography and Media
By attending Front Range Card Show, you acknowledge that photography, video, and other forms of media may be taken during the event.
By entering the event premises, you grant Front Range Card Show permission to use photographs, video, or other recordings containing your likeness for legitimate promotional, advertising, social media, website, and event-related purposes without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Website Use
You agree to use the Front Range Card Show website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the website to engage in fraudulent activity, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, or otherwise violate applicable laws.
13. Intellectual Property
The Front Range Card Show name, logos, graphics, website content, promotional materials, and other original content are the property of Front Range Card Show or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Front Range Card Show and its organizers, employees, representatives, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from attendance at the event, participation as a vendor, use of the website, or purchase of tickets, vendor tables, or other event-related products or services.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to waive or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
15. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket, vendor table, or other product or service from Front Range Card Show, or by attending or participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase tickets, vendor tables, or other products or services through Front Range Card Show.
